What differentiates IncidentMonitor from other similar products?
It has multiple ITSM processes in built which makes life easier for the users. It has very easy to use user interface which is better for these kind of products. and mostly it is cost effective compared some of the other products in this category.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I like the most about IncidentMonitor is its strong customer support which is really effective and solves most of the issues really quickly. It has high number of customization options which makes it really adaptive for most of the situations. It is very budget friendly and suited for small scale companies and has a very user friendly interface which is really simple and easy to handle.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are so many features sometimes it becomes hard for user to choose what kind of service to handle and sometimes there are few issue or bugs in interface which I think should be fixed .
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I think companies with small market cap or budget should really go for this as it gives so many features with comparing with similar tools in the market.
