Their customer service. The chat is manned by REAL employees, not AI, who will do anything under the sun to help customers succeed.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Customer service/usability. They make it so easy to use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Cost. It can feel pricy paying for registrations for your overall account, only to be capped by event and still have to use more.

Read their FAQ online--it actually helps unlike many of them.
