What differentiates Infobip from other similar products?

Customers from various service channels, such as WhatsApp and Facebook, can be served through the integrated communications network. Customer retention, security and customer interaction are just some of the services you can use. It allows customers to send push notifications to end users' smartphones via Internet protocol.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like Infobip to keep work and its flow between agents and clients, with the connection of various methods. It allows you to set up a multi-agent team that monitors the WhatsApp channel from a single phone number.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Customer service at Infobip might be better.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For the mapping, storage and analysis of customer activity obtained through mobile, Internet or third-party services, Infobip is recommended.

It allows you to create meaningful interactions with customers. Infobip offers VoIP for any communication application, allowing you to reach more customers through various messaging platforms. You can protect the privacy and security of customer phone numbers by using the number masking feature. From a single phone number, you can create a multi-agent team that monitors the WhatsApp channel.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like it. Infobip shows the status of delivery and reading of messages in real time. AI and chatbots can decipher responses to messages and, if necessary, automatically follow up. Customers can be served through a variety of service channels and with a variety of services. You can use a variety of services, including customer retention, security, and consumer engagement.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Even the monthly subscription fee is a bit high, it is something to consider.
