What differentiates Infor CRM from other similar products?

A full view of your customer’s interaction with you and your team. The tool offers a custom view for all its users and customers according to their requirements and organizational needs. Interactive customer experience allows team to coordinate with customers with extraordinary performance. The tool provides a proactive alert system with effective analytics, robust sales management tools and real time analytics with forecasting.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Support ticket feature enables you to keep and track of all the complaint registered by the customers and enables us to take proactive approach in handling the complaints. Search tools are not as effective as they should be. The tool also provide integration support for all major platform. Campaign leads can also be associated with different marketing strategies and tools.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Reports extraction are somewhat difficult and requires a lot of steps. Expertise are require to get the maximum out of your reporting’s. Technical issues and glitches are always present while running the tool at any time of the day. Integration tools are not very effective and sync option are also not real time. Administrative configuration is also very difficult and takes a lot of time to setup.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What differentiates Infor CRM from other similar products?

1) It is less Costly as compared to the other CRM. 2) Sales and Lead Management are done in an Organized manner. 3) Customer Service is maintained Efficiently.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

1) The support team is really supportive and Knowledgeable. In real time the Problem is escalated and Solved. 2) Sales Management right from Generating prospects to Conversion everything Is maintained, performance of the Sales team is tracked 3) Data From the Campaign run on Social Media Everywhere Can be put into Worked

What do you dislike most about this product?

Interface needs to be more User friendly. I have difficult in navigating the Dashboard.
