What differentiates Infor EzRMS from other similar products?
Integration with opera is very stable & strong. Easy to train and use. Very good for budget and mid segment hotels. Data can be easily extracted into excel.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Demand forecasting
What do you dislike most about this product?
-Do not allow work flows to be created for various RM levels that help standardise usage. This feature should be available for organisation who want to create basic workflows and monitor usage. - Not many reports be pushed to emails automatically. - Mobile app needs more functionality and ease of use. - Alerts, Reminders and Corporate / GM level monitor should be available. - A low cost variant should be available for budget segment hotels.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Would definitely recommend this product if the hotel is mid sized and does not have very complex operations. The basic modules are excellent to start with.
