Limited use case, but solid tool

What differentiates Intelligencebank DAM from other similar products?
Intelligencebank offered a surprisingly wide breadth of features. While we did not utilize all of them for our use case, I did not see other DAM options available that offered the same variety.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I enjoyed being able to build customer form templates, then have my team fill them out during an incident. Tracking incidents and forms was made easy.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I ran into some quirks or bugs here and there, and was not able to get some of them figured out, even with support.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The annual cost was surprisingly low, at least when I was using it. Unless the startup/implementation fees were high (which I was not around for), give it a try.

What differentiates Intelligencebank DAM from other similar products?
At the time that I used it, the pricing was competitive with other products and included features I was looking for at a base price, rather than add-ons to plans that exceeded our needs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is easy to use, customizable, and a great tool to manage version control.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It did feel like some of the customization features were possibly oversold without having a dedicated designer on my end to implement successfully.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Understand the lift required to implement, the Intelligence Bank staff was great and willing to work with us on our schedule. Also, do the product training up front.

What differentiates Intelligencebank DAM from other similar products?
I am not familiar with many similar products, but it was way more customizable from a metadata standpoint than google photos, for instance.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect was keyword tagging for photos.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Updates or bugs were a little slow to be fixed by the product developers.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Be sure to use the tagging system.
