What differentiates Interact from other similar products?
This is a system that works completely and functionally in terms of sharing information or delivering tasks in real time, unlike other tools, this is one of the most flexible, allowing fluid communication and delivery of work in less time, it does not require of extensive training to implement it organizationally and its project management system goes further to meet all the possible areas that a professional should cover
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Something that undoubtedly seems to me to be an efficient functionality is its communication system, there are no interruptions and it allows processes to be carried out in teams, it is an ideal tool for those who want to work remotely or who in turn control processes carried out carried out by some other member of the team, since even the visualization is quite understandable allowing to have everything and everyone organized
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have no problems with this platform, on the contrary, it has helped me to fulfill my functions
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a good tool for collaboration and remote process management, its adaptability is quite high, especially in these times when professionals have had to devise ways to continue with their functions.

What differentiates Interact from other similar products?
The reason why we chose to use Interact is its ease of use and the collaborative features that it offers. Interact integrates with major instant messaging platforms giving users the ability to communicate and collaborate in real-time from within the same platform. It is full of features designed to connect your entire organization; from your people and tools to your company culture. The robust search functionality is what we were looking for since we had a large amount of data to access. Its search engine is second to none. The pricing is also affordable to fit every kind of organization.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Interact level of client support we receive, not just if and when things go wrong. Our client has given us some excellent advice and examples of how we can get the most out of the platform. On a technical level, the intranet has good integrations with some of our business applications (OneDrive) which helps it feel like a natural extension of the productivity tools we already use. The application looks great, is pretty simple to use, and is easy to look after as an administrator.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The picture library is clunky to use and some of the features require some level of experience therefore training is required.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
When using Interact makes sure you do the work internally first so that you know what you want from your intranet. Interact will have some good suggestions, but every company is different, and the fact that you can do almost anything with the platform means you need a clear vision for how you want it to look.

What differentiates Interact from other similar products?
Something in which this tool has seemed remarkable to me is its ability to integrate the platforms used in the organization in such a way that they do not require external systems for their use, it is also quite simple to implement for business since it does not have great complexities, even its page is quite explanatory and efficient, it has totally free manuals to know what to do in each place and implement it in the best possible way in the organization
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It can be integrated with systems already implemented organizationally, such as the case of Zendesk or Workday, well-known tools that are usually helpful for professional functions in the organization. Another quite remarkable feature is that of integrations with systems, such as the case of Microsoft packages, which are also implemented in some cases online, providing security in each step taken with the help of this tool
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are no negative features of this tool, it is quite functional and flexible in many sectors, monthly costs are not usually high so I have no problems with the tool
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I consider that it is a tool for professional use and specifically for those who work remotely, it is an alternative to bring together the best capabilities of financial systems to communication management in the cloud
