This product is more all inclusive than what we previously used.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I enjoy the integration between iSolved Hire and iSolved.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would like to see more customization around the fields for employee documents and employee notes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would get a demo and ask for a reference.

What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?
They have more features than other products on the market.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the usability of this product. It is quite user friendly and has resulted in an increased employee engagement with buy-in and participation from our staff.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some features that are not used seem pretty basic and obvious that they should be developed already when they are not.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ask deep questions about EDI feeds, how each one works and is billed. We were duped into thinking that we needed fewer license feeds than we actually do resulting in delayed implementation of EDI feeds.
