What differentiates Iterable from other similar products?

The WYSIWYG editor for emails is really good because I can create emails without any code and make them look functional and branded. The workflow tool is also really powerful to create automated campaigns that work well continuously. Iterable is an amazing tool that I have been using for a couple of years for email marketing. The list management, template design and custom workflow features are easy to use and powerful.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Iterable is a good solution for sending push notifications for both web and mobile apps as well as for sending emails and SMS. It has a simple user interface and easy to build a workflow. Report generation is simple and easy to access.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Reporting is a bit too simple. I would like to be able to set up reports on specific emails within a workflow, you can't get heat map analysis in snippets with multiple buttons. Iterable feels slow at times. Loading campaigns, saving templates, navigating to different parts of the software. If pages and elements loaded faster, it would feel much faster. Slightly dislikes the part of the software where the user fields sometimes seem confusing, as there is a lot of detail to be found in it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Iterable is currently being used by most companies and we will transition everything to run from Iterable. Iterable provides us with workflows that we can set up to make sure we send the right message to the right customer at the right time, it is a very good product with good support and with a good product roadmap, it can be best in class. The templates are a drag and drop option for anyone to create high quality emails. helps link consumers to other brands that meet their needs in a wide variety of categories.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Targets growth marketers at consumer companies in the e-commerce/retail, entertainment, messaging, education and recruiting sectors. Customer service is fantastic. Segmentation is fantastic. The user interface is improving. The overall power of the tool for users with little technical experience is excellent.This software is not that difficult to learn, but there are times when you feel you are at the end of the road and can't get the result you need for your report, but there is their support that will share some tips and tricks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Reporting is a little too simple. I would like to be able to set up reports on specific emails within a workflow. Can't get heat map analysis on snippets with multiple buttons. Iteratable user profile data fields are as good as written in stone. If you create a data field by mistake, there is no way, as of now, to delete it. This ends up with a lot of junk data in user profiles. Iterable feels slow at times. Loading campaigns, saving templates, navigating to different parts of the software. If pages and elements loaded faster, it would feel much more streamlined.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Iterable is ideal for small to medium sized businesses that have relatively decent sized email sends and don't necessarily have a dedicated operations team for sending emails. They have a good set of third-party integrations that provide a wide range of services: customer data platforms, email validations, template management.

Very user friendly UI creating audience segments is very intuitive and easy The level of automation it can do with minimal Interaction

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Audience segmentation and how easily it can be used for campaigns therefore reducing the turn around time to 2-3 days from over 2 weeks I would love to see the predictive analysis that just launched

What do you dislike most about this product?

Reporting is not very robust so that’s one area that can be improve upon
