What differentiates Ivanti Neurons for ITSM from other similar products?

The several types of workflow creation (Workflows, Triggered rules, Actions).

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Back end customization, If you want a feature, in most cases you can even create it yourself, by creating the objects, relationships and rules needed.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The actual design is the less customizable part, as soon as they allow the customers to upload their own CSS I will not dislike anything about it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure that the administrator has some programming background, it is not necessary, but heavily beneficial.
