What differentiates JazzHR from other similar products?
JazzHR is a great option for small to medium sized businesses. The pricing was a huge selling factor for us, especially since it offers a lot of the same features and functionality as its competitors. I love how it simplifies our workflow and saves my team and our hiring managers time. I also love the integrations it has with other software, such as background check companies. It's another time saver for us.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
How you can easily build multiple workflows and automate several steps of your recruiting process.
What do you dislike most about this product?
They haven't released any significant product upgrades since I have become a customer. I am disappointed that they have not dabbled in AI integrations as well.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I think it's important to understand if JazzHR is a platform that you can scale with, since so much candidate data is stored in the platform. We have used JazzHR since 2018 and just renewed a 2 year contract after exploring other platforms. Ultimately, JazzHR still offers a lot of value to us and will be a platform we can continue growing with as our company grows.

Customer service is usually reliable; however, during busy periods, they may be faster. The user experience would be greatly improved with faster resolution.

The integration capabilities and collaborative aspects of JazzHR should be the main concerns of anyone investigating it. Especially in payroll management, make sure it works with the tools you already have. To get the most out of it and resolve issues quickly, talk to support staff.
