What differentiates JazzHR from other similar products?

It has great design and logical workflow. JazzHR is integrated withh most web resourced and despite been selenium add on used ut works exceptionally good,

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We experienced fast collaboration during the process of candidate selection and it has good reporting capabilities and easy to collaborate within team. It has great pro formas or template management tools for correspondence and has build in invitation app for scheduling skill tests or meetings.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We like everything but would be great to have upwork/fiverr/indeed integrations cause we are operating servicing market and need prompt automated candidate selection. Would be great tp create comparative tables for candidates - quantification of resume, comparing current to previous positions to verify if there is any interesting potential behind the curtains. Good to have a kind of recognition of top 20 universities or Fortune 1K companies to have flags on. Would be brilliant if having build in accounting module of api to SAP/Oracle systems to create user/candidate immediatly upon contract signed or offer accepted.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try JazzHR and you will find new approach It is collaborative tools, works reliable and make you to do hiring efficient with 1/2/ less of recruiters team, It is priced very well and works good for any size of company even for internal corp projects or non-profit organisations.

What differentiates JazzHR from other similar products?

JazzHR has incredibly transparent pricing, and is highly customizable for each business. The platform is easy to use and makes it very easy to get started right away. Our implementation process took less than a week!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the customizability of the hiring stages and templated emails. Jazz provides samples, but makes it incredibly easy to build processes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I did not like that while there is a way to create a recruiter interview question template, it is impossible to share those notes outside of the Jazz platform. So you cannot download the interview notes to share with anyone who is not added into the system. We ended up just not using the interview notes feature and opting for word docs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is an amazing product for a smaller recruiting function (under 4 recruiting users). Everything is very simple to use, and the software will automatically post to over a dozen job sites. We found that we received a good amount of applicants for every role we hired for.
