It is super easy to use and track development.

If one member of the team add their data in the wtong location it can be hard to find it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is better to use it with a medium size team, too many people and it can get messy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Jira is pretty straightforward. Once you get used to how to set up a Jira and subscribe to notifications, it works on auto-pilot and helps to get track of complex issues and resolutions and monitor progress
What do you dislike most about this product?
Once Jira is created, it is left out as "Unassigned". I wouldn't say I like this feature as sometimes time is lost in assigning manual work to find it and decide who to take care of the Jira. It should be a way to automate this process.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Jira supports teams using Scrum and Kanban with its agile boards. A Scrum team can easily break large and complex projects into manageable tasks to allow them to focus on their sprints and finish faster. A Kanban team can visualise its workflow and set up work-in-progress limits seamlessly to maximise efficiency. Scrum and Kanban templates also help a development team manage its processes.
