What do you dislike most about this product?
There are few aspects that can be improved,, Its Complexity and Learning Curve, Customization Challenges, User Interface Design, Resource Intensiveness, Cost Considerations, Customer Support Response Time, Updates and Bug Fixes and Integration Challenges. While JobDiva offers integration capabilities, some users may face challenges when integrating with specific third-party applications or services. Compatibility issues can be a source of frustration.

What differentiates JobDiva from other similar products?
The most useful element of Job Diva in my daily use is its email-sharing feature for notes. When I need to share letters I’ve written about a person or job I’m working on, it’s a simple procedure (nearly one click) to get that information emailed to the people who need it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Job Diva is a user-friendly and efficient tool that streamlines the recruitment process. Job seekers can use the app’s features to build profiles and upload resumes, making it simpler for recruiters to match candidates with open positions. The app also includes a messaging feature, which allows recruiters and job seekers to interact with one another directly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One thing I don’t like about Job Diva is how long it takes for a job or applicant profile to open. And, even if everything is spelled properly, the profile may not appear after being entered into the search bar. These issues eventually resolve themselves, and sometimes typing a candidate’s/job’s number instead of a name helps.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I’ve used many various ATS/CRM platforms over the years, and JobDiva is by far my favorite! The program is extremely user-friendly. It has a mobile app that I can use when I’m out in the field and need to access an account or make a quick note. I also appreciate all of the unique add-on tools that are accessible. The Chrome app is my personal favorite. It saves me a lot of time and allows me to work better rather than harder. JobDiva gets 5 ratings from me! ***** 10/10 would suggest!

Their report creation and downloading feature.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Creating database aspects profile and managing them is very easy.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We use it as CRM is staffing agency we create candidates profile to maintain our database. However, we can't manage documents of them for that we need to take support from outside.

This is good for manaitaing databse of candidates.
