What differentiates JotForm from other similar products?
Jotform allows for greater flexibility and cleaner UX than form functionality native to email marketing and marketing automation tools.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Dynamic and conditional fields stand out as the most valuable feature.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There's no native way to modify the data output. The user-facing value is the value that is pushed through, which complicates data collection and management. Embedding on a Squarespace site relies on iframes and requires an absurd amount of padding to ensure the full card-style form is visible across device formats.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Use it in conjunction with Zapier to get the most out of the tool.

It is highly customizable with multiple options on how forms can be built. Fields can be added at ease. The finished form can be easily shared with respondents. Gathered data can be interpreted using the different tools for analysis.

Favorite aspect of this product is its flexibility in terms of form building. For users who would need to have a highly customizable form, JotForm is a good choice!
What do you dislike most about this product?
Probably more on the complexity of some of the features it has. Although this can be learned but it would just take some time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
To take some time to be familiar with the tools and to keep testing on building the forms using the available tools.

A bit time consuming, if you consider yourself as a perfectionist, to many features will make you a bit longer to create an ideal eForm.

Nowadays paper is losing its value, eForms are taking the advantage, they are secure, they are traceable and you will never think that it could be lost. And JotForm makes it all super easy and accessible.
