Easy to use, adds great value to my small business

What differentiates JumpCloud from other similar products?
For my personal use, I prefer Jumpcloud a bit more than Microsoft Azure. Because monitoring a few operating systems from clients is my main goal, Jumpcloud provides me with a high quality professional service.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease of use and no-nonsense GUI. None of my clients have made complaints about the installation of JumpCloud on their machine. This is usually an issue with some other software I have tried. It also helps to have small client issues solved in a flash. From unfinished installations to problems with login in to their environment, it all works stable and professional.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Most features are already available, so for me, there is nothing to complain about :-)
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are looking for a high-quality online service that helps you to manage multiple devices in your IT environment, JumpCloud will be your best tool to use. From managing client pc's to the software they use and login control, JumpCloud has you covered.

Feature packed and very powerful

What differentiates JumpCloud from other similar products?
It's the only IAM platform I know of that works so well for such a cost efficient price. They are very willing to listen to customer feedback and make improvements to the platform as a whole very quickly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We love it for its device and user management. We also love that we can save costs by using this platform for many other things like remote support, RADIUS protocol use, and MDM management.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When something doesn't work on Jumpcloud, it can be really complicated to hash out. I've rarely seen problems, but when I do, I know that I'm in for a headache of a time. I wouldn't blame the Support for this, they are very kind and try to be helpful. Usually the problem is too complex for some customer service agent to resolve for you on their side and be done with it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's a very powerful tool for the price. It's worth having all these features along with the positive reputation they have about improving based on customer feedback.
