Good project management tool for marketing agency

What differentiates Kantata from other similar products?
It's got a more robust feature set than other marketing agency focused tools. Since this is focused on the professional services industry, we had to retool it to fit our needs, but it works.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The time tracking is the most used. it works well and you can track time a variety of ways.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The UI is outdated. Also, how is it STILL missing a dark mode after years of feature requests?!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's the leading option with all the options. Give yourself a little time to customize it and you'll like it.
