An excellent tool, but some areas need improvement

What differentiates Kantata from other similar products?
The number of things that Kantata is capable of. Rather than implementing different products for time management, resource management, creating estimates and so on, we can do all of this with a single piece of software.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The time tracking features are by far the most intuitive and well-implemented I've come across in my career. Being able to track time to multiple projects, set limits and expectations for how much time a task should take, and manage expectations for total billable time in a week is invaluable to us.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The custom settings can be difficult to learn how to use, and we often find that new hires struggle to use Kantata to its full functionality. The user interface can also feel very busy and get confusing if you're not familiar with the product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If your company is managing a high volume of projects and resources, I would highly recommend Kantata. However, I would consider the level of turnover your organization experiences and ensure that you put adequate training resources in place to be able to take full advantage of this software.

I like that Kantata is flexible and can be customized to meet the specific needs of any organization. The software offers a wide range of features, and users can choose the ones that are most important to them. This makes it a good fit for organizations of all sizes and in all industries.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I think Kantata Cloud is a good PSA solution, but it is not perfect. The cost can be a barrier for some organizations, and the lack of some advanced features can be a drawback. The user interface could also be improved. However, the reporting and analytics tools are very powerful.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I think Kantata Cloud is a good PSA solution. However, it's important to consider your needs and budget before you decide whether or not to use it.

What do you dislike most about this product?
The user experience is rough. If your entire team is not trained on it, dont waste your time or money. This goes for new hires, too.Certain team/permissions assignments made it inflexible at giving certain people differing roles or allowing them to moonlight on projects that they did not own. In a work environment where people may wear different hats but dont necessarily need top level access to every task,
