implementation can be done by own resources, multiple objects can be customized, reporting, easy to integrate, supports multiple regions and currencies

dynamic insights, resource center knowledgebase on-line chat with support may solve easy issues pretty fast
What do you dislike most about this product?
doesn't support agile methodology lack of business validation rules and workflows requires separate integration of Sales(CRM) and Dev(Jira, AzureDeveOps) tools

powerful psa tool with multiple capabilities, I'd suggest checking available integrations carefully
