Great connection to Salesforce Sales Cloud, tightly integrated resource allocation and project planning, revenue forecasting.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Resource optimization and financial forecasting.

What do you dislike most about this product?

A number of features are very difficult to use, particularly around invoicing and handling of credits and purchase orders.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ensure that you have someone with a skill set to administer the tool.
