What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Imagine you are getting 30 GB of social media packages every month from global marketing team, if there were no Khoros having them downloaded and then transferred to agency people would be mess, not only it will take time but also due to company firewalls it would be too difficult.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The search mechanism was not working great because sometimes global send us two assets such as IMG779 and IMG778, I know that sometimes we are having hard time to find both of them even my search query was starting with IMG77..
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I suppose they need to premium these kind of tools before.

It's user friendly interface. Navigating through the platform is intuitive, which has signifivantly reduced the learning curve for our team,
What do you dislike most about this product?
Is that it can feel a bit overhalming at first, especially for new users.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
My recommendation would be to take full advantage of the trial period, if available, to get familiar with the platform's range of features. Spend time exploring its integrations with other tools you use, as it can really streamline your processes.
