What differentiates Khoros Social Media Management from other similar products?
Khoros unified inbox is brilliant. It puts all social media messages in one place, thereby providing a birds eye view of incoming messages and responses. Making it difficult to miss conversations and easy to search through past posts and messages.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
From the perspective of my day to day job role, I interact more with the analytical part of Khoros and it is what I fancy most about this software program. With Khoros, all engagement data from every social network where my company has a presence ,is in one place ,thereby making it easier for me to compare data metrics from one social media platform with another. I can also conveniently generate reports without necessarily needing to make use of spreadsheets.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The search mechanism on Khoros mobile app is cumbersome and sometimes outrightly fails to work. Page load speed can simply be more modern as well.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If one can get past the mobile app which can sometimes be cumbersome , Khoros is an effective tool for social media management.

What differentiates Khoros Social Media Management from other similar products?
Khoros is able to translate our activities across every social media platform where-in we have a presence, into configurable metric and data dashboards , that enables my department to measure the impact and effectiveness of our social media sales and marketing efforts.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to access real time conversations with our audience across multiple social media channels , from a single, integrated dashboard is my favorite aspect of this product. Being able to access real time conversations and take action across all our social media accounts from a single dashboard , ensures that our social media marketing efforts are integrated and in tandem with each other.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is no provision to check Tiktok comments directly from our Khoros account. Rather, we have to check comments on our Tiktok profile directly from the Tiktok platform. I also think that Khoros need to be re-designed to be more intuitive as this will make the platform easy to navigate , which is currently not the case.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
While Khoros is quite limited on automation, it is important to leverage its limited automation workflow mechanisms to manage routine tasks, track campaigns and save the sales team critical work time.

What differentiates Khoros Social Media Management from other similar products?
Khoros equips my team with a cross-team collaboration themed workflow for organizing and executing our campaigns across social media channels, allowing team members share notes and access real time notifications around our social media activity. Access to this cross-team collaboration themed workflow gives us a 360 degree visibility into all our social media channels and consolidates the individual efforts of all team members, enabling us work better as a team , while engaging our social media audience in real time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The quality of the metrics and analytical data provided by Khoros has been my favorite part of this product. Khoros provides my team with all round analytical data on how communities across every social media channel where-in we have a presence, interacts with our content. This gives us deeper and broader knowledge of our social media campaigns , empowering us to continuously improve on our social media management approach and strategy by being able to identify weak-points and consolidate on our areas of strength.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The campaign management panel and the general user interface of Khoros can be more modern and intuitive. The unintuitive nature of Khoros's user interface and design, has at times affected our social media management duties as a team and contributes to a slow learning curve for new employees in my department. This is my major area of dissatisfaction with my experience on Khoros.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is vital for teams to leverage the robust reporting and analytics tools which Khoros provides, in order to identify key performance indicators in their brands social media activity and align them with the overall goal of the team or company.
