I don't really know, I haven't used any other products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect about Kixie is how much time it saves me by integrating with my CRM and allowing me to call directly from it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There isn't really anything I dislike about Kixie.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Use it, use it, use it! If you get this product, just use it! it will save you a lot of time on the back end.

UI is so simple and ez. but bugs kill my mood.

What differentiates Kixie from other similar products?
I don't know any other similar prodcut. Kixie is my first dialer.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Quick dial/text buttons are such time saver and it is quite hard to send a wrong msg to a wrong person with the new UI
What do you dislike most about this product?
Bugs take so much time until they get fixed and auto name filler doesn't work every time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is the ultimate tool to establish a voice to voice conversation with any customer across the world which is quite useful and precious.

SMS feature. Sometimes it is difficult to see what is new and old.

Understand the product first to know all features and capabilities. It is easy to learn, but have many features that are really relevant.
