What differentiates Klaviyo from other similar products?

I really like how much you can customize your reporting with klayvio. I feel the options are endless as well for email content marketing and that is exciting.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The customization is amazing and how Klayvio can grow with your business.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If you don't have IT it may be a bit hard to set up and get going with less knowledge.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would say find a third party to help implement if you need. As a small business this helped us a lot and is helping us get the most out of the product.

It is fine for smaller e-commerce companies. The ones focussing heavily on behavioural insights and personalisation should go for something else than Klaviyo

What differentiates Klaviyo from other similar products?

My experience with e-mail marketing systems spans quite a few. Klaviyo's UI is intuitive for all team members. Klaviyo maintains forward momentum with product updates. It's unusual to find a service that consistently provides updates that are actually useful to their users.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Since online sales are expected to overtake brick-and-mortar transactions, we need to ensure that our product provides the same degree of personal service as a sales associate in a physical shop. Utilizing Klaviyo's automation features and triggers, we are able to deliver highly relevant content to our clients' inboxes, creating the impression that a real person is guiding them toward a successful outcome.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When using the new editor, I frequently find my incoming messages cut off. I'm not entirely sure if the new editor will be able to accommodate the increasingly lengthy internal code because I've been sticking with the old editor. After that is settled, any remaining objections boil down to individual taste.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's an email marketing platform hosted in the cloud that helps me design, distribute, and analyze the performance of email marketing campaigns for my company. It has useful tools like editable templates and automated processes. In addition, it has pre-built integrations with services like salesforce and Shopify, meaning we can skip the coding and get right to the app configuration.
