There is no other tool that runs cointainer orchestration like K8s which is invaluable for scaling applications

The performance of the resulting product deployed on K8s is amazing

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be wildly expensive

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use it if your project necessitates using kubernetes. It's not always necessary and may be over-engineering, but if it is needed, it's irreplaceable

Initial setup takes time and initial setup is complex if you are setting it up own.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

if you have more than 5 microservice then you can go for it . if someone wants to scale the infra and product at a high scale.
