For me, what really sets Kudos apart from other similar products is the way it focuses on peer recognition and building a positive, inclusive work culture. The process of giving feedback feels seamless, and there’s no friction, so it encourages consistent use. It’s great knowing that the positive feedback I give or receive is something that can be shared across the team, boosting motivation and morale. That sense of acknowledgment really stands out as a key part of why I enjoy using Kudos. What do you dislike most about this product?
I’ve noticed is that, depending on how the platform is set up, it can sometimes feel like recognition is too tied to certain formal processes. For example, when we receive a reward or acknowledgment, it’s nice to see it publicly, but at times it feels like the recognition system could be more spontaneous or less structured—more like a “quick thank you” rather than something that needs to be tied to specific milestones or targets. While structure is great for tracking progress, I think a more casual, impromptu form of recognition could also help make the experience feel even more organic and less formal.

What differentiates Kudos from other similar products?
The features like image gallery and gif gallery and also our own content can be posted on the board for our colleagues or for any event. It's nice.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
As a end user, we can save or export the boards which are dedicated to us by the teams in a kind of wallpaper or landscape poster format and we can keep it as a sweet memory for lifetime.
What do you dislike most about this product?
If we are using Kudos for employee recognitions then I believe there is not much that we can dislike about, it's a good product in this perspective.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
One can definitely go for it if their vision is to get some good product for employee recognitions and celebrations across the company and It would be obviously time saving and efficient for all of the employees.
