What differentiates Laserfiche from other similar products?

It is a easy to use and promotes an environment of connectivity and efficiency for processes that are governed by paper. It makes the ability to go paperless that more real, when their are products like Workflow, Forms, Quick Fields that with the repository can work in a way to make an organizations goal of going paperless"ish" more realistic.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Workflow is my favorite tool. It is a way to document processes that were once performed by people and creates an environment of accountability with the ability to audit a documents journey.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If I had to choose something it would be that the records management tool doesn't come with automation built in. I would like at least for their to be some prebuilt workflow processes for the records management activities that occur in the repository.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are going to purchase and truly want to get to a place where staff are not being bogged down in paper, purchase the Rio version that includes all the tools needed to set your organization up for success
