What differentiates Lattice from other similar products?

A convenient spot to store all company-related materials. The layout of the site's or app's tabs, which take you to their respective sections, is both familiar and straightforward. With lattice, we are able to keep track of compliments, successes, and crucial milestones and tasks in separate tabs, making it much easier to perform peer evaluations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

For my one-to-one work, Lattice works well. My boss and I have to have a written record of our 1:1 conversations and our talking points before I can utilize Lattice. And that's something my supervisor on their end needs to do. Perhaps some confusion exists. Lattice allows us to do just that, as we can go over our discussion and save any follow-up tasks until our next scheduled meeting. I can see clearly

What do you dislike most about this product?

If the method is not well publicized, it might be difficult to stay on top. I see value in the system overall, but some of the functions seem like they could just as easily be accomplished with paper and pencil, or by talking to your coworkers. Lattice's greatest strength is that it finally gets everything online. Any group that is dedicated to getting the most out of the system will find it to be an invaluable resource.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It helps with goal-setting and conducting performance evaluations. However, as I explained in the preceding question, goals require a different configuration. In addition to using it for annual surveys, the corporation conducts regular "pulse surveys." Although I did not contribute to the collection of that information, it appears to have served the HR department well. Their objective is to protect respondents' anonymity as much as possible while still collecting useful data from the massive poll. They give it to us freely. The organizational chart also has room for improvement.

What differentiates Lattice from other similar products?

It's useful for keeping tabs on performance and getting and offering input from colleagues and superiors. It's useful for monitoring worker development and organizing one-on-one meetings with supervisors and coworkers. The problem is solved by consistently reviewing and updating the input. It's also useful for keeping tabs on my work progress and reporting that to my boss.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really appreciate how Lattice incorporates user feedback into their development plans. They have fantastic customer service, excellent success managers, and a wealth of useful materials. I use every single one of Lattice's modules and I love them all.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are times when I can't seem to find what I'm looking for. But, as I have continued to use it, that has become less of an issue. The enhancements to the trip reports are also fantastic. This used to be quite ugly, but now it looks great!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We keep tabs on OGSPs and make sure they're being met. Otherwise, I'd get too busy to remember, so the email reminders are great. It's a good reminder to have everything in order before my evaluation.

What differentiates Lattice from other similar products?

The other difficulty about this Lattice application is that the tutorials aren’t helpful and it is very sit down with new employees from time to time to take them through the process of using it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Lattice software has excellent integration with messaging tools and email communications. Lattice is great because it keeps all my information in one place. I am happy to use that software because I can keep track of my direct reports and make sure they're keeping up with goals.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only downside I can think of right now is the ease of publicly declaring the employee's help within the team. For example, one of our team members wanted to give praise to another member but with the interface of lattice, it wasn't sent publicly and not to do work well as our expectations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I really like because I can keep track of my team's performance, storing data of improvement and goals. This is the very first time the company I work for uses a software for performance management. It has been really helpful and super easy when it comes to submit feedback and give praise to any of our customers. I would recommend using this software because this Lattice platform is an excellent tool for managing, organizing, publishing and many more.
