An easy to use and endlessly customizable POS.

What differentiates Lavu Restaurant POS from other similar products?
Easy to set up and customize menu as well as loyalty programs and payment options. Highly intuitive to learn; new servers were able to place orders on their first day worth little help and generally has a full understanding after about a week. Also, whenever we had any technical problems, the help desk was always able to get it sorted out quickly
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Customization
What do you dislike most about this product?
I'm not sure of this has been fixed since I used Lavu last, a few years ago, but at the time, our POS would go down every time the internet went out. It would be nice to have a backup
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Just try it. You won't be disappointed

Very intuitive back of the house features and easy to teach front of house czpabilities.

Updates can be a bit confusing at times.

It’s very user friendly and efficient It allows mobility and provides endless features relevant to your duties.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Being able to add all the menu items both for kitchen and front of house
What do you dislike most about this product?
The inventory feature isn’t accurate
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend trying the product for 3 months, staring off with a training on how to use the machine.
