What differentiates LeadSquared from other similar products?
It provides a lot of unique features which are not being provided by its competitors. Starting from generating leads to keeping them engaged and eventually generate business out of them are quite easy with the help of unique features of LeadSquared.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The user interface of this product is quite easy to learn and does not require any hard-core technical skills and this is an aspect which I really admire about this product.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When we talk about contacting leads, the feature it provides is quite old school and are not efficient enough in terms of in-built templates or integrating third-party platforms.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If we compare it to other products providing similar kinds of services, I would advise going for this product as it provides all the necessary features and even is available at a comparatively low cost.
