Fantastic customizations, difficult to implement

What differentiates LeadSquared from other similar products?
- The automation journeys have lots of tracking and analytics for each step of the journey. - Data management for marketing campaigns is smoother with dynamic and static lists.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Lead scoring accuracy helped me run re-targeting campaigns on certain unresponsive groups.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The fact that I can't manually remove a participant from automation. I would have to blacklist that contact altogether otherwise they would keep getting emails.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend anyone this product if their company procedures for sales and marketing are not incredibly complex. If it is only used for marketing purposes then it is considerably a good choice however integrating sales function can have some side effects on marketing operations.

It has some great features that other products do not have. It is easy to use. User friendly interface.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Marketing and Campaigns features, automations, form and processes. Most importantly "Reports".
What do you dislike most about this product?
The software sometimes take a lot in loading the content. Reports section don't works sometimes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would highly recommend this product to small to medium scale businesses for maintaining the data.
