What differentiates LeanData from other similar products?

LeanData is a great tool for lead routing when a business is in a high growth stage and is gaining a lot of marketing leads. The tool sets itself apart by streamlining the manual process of lead qualification.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of LeanData is that it integrates with Salesforce and Outreach. The ease of being able to automate the lead qualification process in addition to automatically sequencing prospects makes my day-to-day job much more manageable.

What do you dislike most about this product?

From the perspective of an end user it seems like LeanData requires quite a lot of custom tailoring for lead routing. That process, from my experience has not been particularly easy working with our RevOps and Marketing team. I'd say if there was an easier way for LeanData to work with those teams it would help propel the product further, and make the solution much more robust.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for a tool for lead routing that can automate and streamline your sales or business development departments then LeanData is definitely a strong candidate. It is not always intuitive but it appears that the organization is trying to address their challenges.

What differentiates LeanData from other similar products?

LeanData is the most recommended and serves both for routing of various objects in salesforce but also for merging duplicates.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Matching leads to contacts / accounts, and auto converting leads to contacts. Really good flexibility when merging records.

What do you dislike most about this product?

1. the cost of add ons like opportunity routing and contact routing 2. the way multiple updates events can collide and cause errors

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want to work only with contacts in Salesforce, then go for it.

There isn't really another vendor in the space that allows for lead/contact assignment and registration without custom code

Quick, easy to use, ability to make changes on the fly and as organizations change

The cost is fairly high

Make sure you have a defined assignment hierarchy before purchasing so you can hit the ground running
