What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of my favorite aspects of Leapsome is its integration of continuous feedback and performance management. Rather than relying on rigid, periodic performance reviews, it encourages ongoing real-time feedback, which fosters a culture of constant improvement. This approach helps employees grow continuously, promotes open communication, and allows managers to address issues or celebrate achievements as they happen, creating a more dynamic and engaged workplace.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For teams that prefer a more "plug-and-play" solution with minimal setup, the initial configuration could be a bit of a hurdle.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What differentiates Leapsome from other similar products?

When managing a remote team, it's essential not to compromise on using the right tools and software to address people-related aspects. We've tested various platforms in the past, but Leapsome stands out as a well-designed product specifically built to support people engagement and management holistically.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Notes, feedback, and goal-setting, especially the ability to create action items for each meeting (whether recurring or one-time), is handy. These action items persist in future meetings until they are marked complete. Additionally, consolidating all action points from various meetings you've attended is extremely helpful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The integration with Google Calendar isn't great, particularly when making edits to a meeting calendar in Leapsome or Google. Often, one doesn't get updated automatically. Also, the user interface could be better, in my opinion.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

One must get multiple people from diverse functions in your org to try out the platform for a more informed and diverse experience.

If I had to pick, I'd say Leapsome's focus on people enablement is a standout. Providing tools that foster continuous feedback, goal setting, and development, genuinely helps employees grow and thrive. It's a far cry from the old-school, top-down performance management methods.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I'd say the reliance on a digital interface could be a drawback for some users. While it's designed to be user-friendly, there’s always a learning curve for those not tech-savvy. Plus, integrating it with existing systems might require some initial effort and patience.
