What differentiates Learn Amp from other similar products?

Being able to decentralise the management of learning and administration to stores and our network of coaching Managers has allowed us to pay longer on adding value to the system and also the experience individuals have with it. This has reduced the quantity of phone calls and emails and authorised our massive support network to solve things for themselves. The general administration of the system on a daily basis has greatly improved over the previous system.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It’ terribly straightforward to use, the team helped to develop a number of the system to suit our further requirements. Links very easy to our hr system to stay worker records up to date. Having the ability to log in as any user permits us to assist see what staff are seeing to help with any queries they have. The web service table for admins allows us to quickly and simply raise any issues. The project management for implementation used a small team who were continuously out there and really approachable.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Unsure really. Not detected something negative. Whenever there’s been something almost working yet because it might they seem to jump on that swiftly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This platform is important for new starters. Also, a refresher is always very useful after a while to stay using best practices. Everybody gets identical information, that is important to keep a healthy company culture once we have offices all around the world.
