What differentiates Less Annoying CRM from other similar products?
Probably the two greatest differentiators are value and the support team at LACRM. They are great, based in the Midwest and could not have been more responsive and knowledgeable about their product. Once you get the hang of the layout and icon, etc., navigating around is quite intuitive. The simplicity is a blessing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use and value/cost.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Visual representation of where a contact sits in the customer onboarding process would be helpful.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Start with LACRM and use that as a benchmark for CRM Tools you're considering. Depending on what bells & whistles you want, you may want to pay more for a different CRM tool, however if you are looking for reliable, basic CRM tool with an amazing support staff backing you, . . . that is very affordable, I think LACRM wins hands down.

- Reliable
