What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What do you dislike most about this product?

The search option is not available on every screen. Their customer support is good but does not always have solutions to our problems. We cannot look at the analytics by the ID in the analytics tag. We will face difficulties to find support documentation using the search bar which is frustrating. It is difficult to search for clients from other organizations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Our internal and external teams can communicate clearly on proofing of email campaigns with the help of Litmus. According to my recommendation Litmus is the best suit to manage edits and revisions and we have unlimited sharing capability for review. It is the best tool in the situation where the email tool of the company lacks reviews.

Litmus is one of those platform that are dedicated to one feature and works well for that one. As we say jack of all trade is master of none. This one completely fits here or I should say that in our company. In our marketing department we were using a software that was for email marketing but also gave us other marketing features but due to lots of complications in user interface and other features as well we had to switch, but for a good thing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

See, in our department email marketing plays a very important role. Half of our marketing totally depends on email marketing and we wanted best software. Litmus is the master in this filed, we can create emails for masses, automations, and customized one as well as plenty of email templates are available on the platform. The analytics feature helps us to look into our own mistakes work on them for the next time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We were afraid of switching to another platform because our first experience was not very well and while deciding which one to choose next we had a hard time because unlike other platform there was no free trial option here and were stuck. They should introduce a minimal but free version so that people can make a decision easily.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When you are choosing a platform for your everyday usage and that too where, whole marketing relies on it you need some certainty and I assure you from our experience of using it for over 2 years now, it is worth it. If you are looking for a good and whole platform completely and solely dedicated to email marketing you should try this one.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its great aspect is that we can click on any part o the email or highlight them a passage o copy and leave comment. This makes amend process really easy as it saves us from wasting our time on describing what is to be changed over email. I like that I can share the email proof and tag different approvers with ease which then sends an email reminder too. I also like that the email creator can sort emails into folders so that we can see which emails are part of which campaigns easily.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It would be great to be able to have search function for the emails that have been sent to approve so that we can go back to see them at later required date in case new update is needed to be made. Benefits:
