What differentiates LiveVox from other similar products?

What makes Live Vox better than other product is the flexibility that the system offers, you can automate all essential features once you automate a batch import file.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how LiveVox is very user friendly. All of the controls are at your fingertips. No need to jump from one app to the other. I like that almost all features are configurable by the user which is most helpful for call flows and routing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing about LiveVox that I dislike is the reporting side. It does not have a lot of reporting options to pull the stats you are looking for.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend this as your auto dialer because it allows the user to Configure the app as you please and with that you will be able to dial more of your inventory using HCI capabilities. This alone will increase your opportunities to reach out to more customers by 30%.

Nothing to really complain about as LiveVox has been working well.

When shopping for a contact centre Solution for your business, LiveVox should be in your shortlist. It's affordable and gets the work done by giving agents and customers an exceptional experience

The cost of deploying LiveVox is affordable. I like that it offers multiple features for a contact centre of it's kind. Ease of integration with other products makes it desirable The software is very effective as an auto dialer

Using LiveVox effectively require some for of training/introduction

If you're shopping around for an auto dialer, I recommend LiveVox. We have used it for long and it's very effective. Offers best features, it easily integrate with other tools, and is affordable too.
