In order to give us the business intelligence we need to manage our company and understand what has to be done, what's working, what isn't, etc., Dundas integrates our back-end data with data from other sources, such as our Salesforce instance and other tools. The creation of a dashboard only requires the creation of a SQL query and the selection from a drop-down menu.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing major to worry about! I've spent more than a year evaluating other systems, and by far, this is the most user-friendly, attractive, and cost-efficient device available! As it meets our needs perfectly, there is nothing that I would change.

Any company or user would benefit from this product, in my opinion. It is very cost-effective and will greatly increase business efficiency! You can navigate the system and understand its logic to become familiar with it very quickly and without any problems. It fits you and your company the best.

Dundas BI has great features that other software on the market does not even remotely offer, and it is a very flexible and above all easy website to use. Its straightforward design makes it ideal for developers without specialized expertise or experience. It has an IDE that makes it easier to create reports and dashboards for the creation of web apps. Additionally, it enables you to connect to and engage with any data source, access all of the customization and analysis tools, and view immersive and understandable reports from any location and device.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It enables you to gather and organize data from various sources and use commercial intermittency to implement metrics, greatly enhancing the ability to make the best decisions based on data that produces results. It has the design tools required to customize and professionalize the displays. The ability to build, export, print, and share structured BI reports with end users is fantastic. I also like that you can create your code in R or Python to identify patterns and foresee trends in sizable data collections.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So far, we have had no issues with this tool; Dundas BI has exceeded our hopes and is ideal for meeting our operational requirements; there is nothing to dislike about this platform. It provides exceptional customer care. It appears to me that they are constantly adding new features that are extremely helpful and keep us constantly updated.

Everything within Dundas may be customized, allowing users to give charts, graphs, as well as other statistical data the simple or luxurious appearance they choose.
