What differentiates Logi Symphony from other similar products?

Not a lot, only maybe the multi-tenant option.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Metric set and Multi tenant capabilities and customization level

What do you dislike most about this product?

The data cube isn't effective, long time to create a dashboard a lot of functionality and not easy to use..Old UI, feel like in early 2000. Not user-friendly regarding maintenance and administrative tasks.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Only that the product is stable and the multi-tenant feature and the level of customization are good.
