What differentiates LogMeIn Central by GoTo from other similar products?
Basically it is a great program that helps to keep and send via support messaging service. We use it for internal and external support, it is extremely solid and very useful. LogMeIn offers multiple advantages for the company with a very high level of security.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
In short, the software is very good because it contains great qualities at all times, from experience and success I can mention that it serves to communicate with customers and employees, it is a great alternative for the development of internal support. It is also a very versatile and easy to use software.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have had integration problems with multiple Mac devices, an upgrade would be ideal.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a software that I highly recommend because it helps companies to have a very interesting support. It is useful and very useful to help in the search and distribution of processes. LogMeIn is a software that you should get.

What differentiates LogMeIn Central by GoTo from other similar products?
Their support and their price. Their central console and continuously improving features are of distinct status.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I think it's efficiency and the remote access feature the product. Easily manageable by central console. You can make groups or import from your AD.
What do you dislike most about this product?
You have to install it in admin mode. You can't install this in user profile. And it has two windows, should be just one. Should be way that user doesn't know there is something installed on their PC.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Give it a try. If you are managing endpoint users of 100-500 in a company, give this a shot. it's better than other software available in market.
