What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

I have utilized the Mailchimp's gallery of templates to experiment with new looks and make quick and easy edits to our emails. It is such a simple and painless process that quickly allows my team to get our best, most relevant content out to our subscribers

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I use Mailchimp's A/B testing tool to try different options against one another. These tests enable me to create smart segments based on specific subscriber engagement trends

What do you dislike most about this product?

Few emails may still land to spam and this is because email testing had not been fully refined to fully test email content before the emails are sent out

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is the easiest way to encourage your readers to click out of the email and through to your website. The marketing team can save time and stay perfectly on-brand
