What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?
MailChimp works great for small businesses that are looking to grow and develop. In fact, if you have less than 2,000 email subscribers, the basic plan is free to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
MailChimp has a number of effective templates that are made available to users once they have an account. MailChimp is actually free up to 2,000 contacts, but they’ll include their logo under your campaign and subscription form. You can also upgrade your account if you prefer to have this logo removed from your outgoing mail.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is a definite learning curve to using MailChimp, especially if you’ve used other email marketing programs in the past. It can take a lot more time to design and organize a campaign so it is where you want it to be. Also MailChimp reserves the right to either suspend or cancel your account without prior notification.

Same answer, first 200 leads are free, beginners and startups have chance to experiment on this without being charged a penny
What do you dislike most about this product?
Leads duplication count as separate leads and charges accordingly. They should adapt ActiveCampaign model that if even if a lead (or contact) is in multiple list, it will still be counted as a single contact and will not be duplicated.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Its a zero investment to experiment this tool. Check and see if this suits your needs.
