What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Mailchimp is a good platform that perfectly encourages email marketing that allows continuous growth within the company, with the help of this platform I can create more professional newsletters and also do a / b tests for correct operation. It has analysis functions to be able to know the scope of the emails and if the content sent is being effective. I can manage customer contacts to specify what I am going to send according to the type of customer thanks to the fact that we are based on their criteria.

What do you dislike most about this product?

To personalize or design a template it can be a tedious work, since in cases the images that are uploaded can be put on or moved, making it very out of sync with the text that is inside the template. Also for the creation or addition of a template this platform can be a bit slow, you should optimize it so you can not edit time to send the emails.

There are many platforms for email marketing, so if you want to try Mailchimp I recommend using the free trial to know the potential of the reach that you can have if you use this platform, the best of all is that it is very customizable and the marketing is done within Mailchimp is effective.

MailChimp makes its difference by being a platform with a rapid creation and management of advertising campaigns, I consider that the creation, editing and delivery of all types of advertising campaigns is faster than other platforms. Since we started creating campaigns on this platform, we have completed them in a very short time, since it is enough to insert and modify the information with a few clicks and it can immediately be sent to the contacts. What attracts me the most about this platform is that it has a wide variety of templates, ready to be inserted in any advertising campaign that is being carried out. I consider that these templates give a great touch of creativity to my campaigns and allow us to place a more optimized design, a design that adds more organization to the information that is inserted and to the images placed.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My negative review goes directly to the forwarding service to "Outlook" emails. Sending advertising campaigns is totally good to other recipients who use another email manager, but when the campaigns are sent to "outlook" emails, these emails take a long time for the person to receive them, taking up to more than 2 hours in which the mail can be received.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I accept that I have had a good user experience, however the editor can be somewhat clumsy since sometimes the loading time is slow, making this the work process to optimize the creation of emails for marketing a bit slow, especially if an immediate preview is required. The only good thing is that creating templates allows you to streamline this process, however creating a new one will tend to be a rather slow process.

It has very good instructions for use, I recommend trying the free version first and doing some tests, however, the whole experience cannot be done for free, nor can you carry out proper email marketing. Mailchimp also adapts to small businesses allowing continued growth without the need to turn to large companies to manage their marketing.
