Analysis of campaigns and monthly reports are great.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Predefined templates are not very good.

For a cost effective tool, this is great option.

Mailchimp differentiates with its user-friendly interface, automation features and detailed reporting

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

i like drag-and-drop email builder, and extensive template library for creating and managing email marketing campaigns with ease.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The pricing structure, especially as the email list size grows, is not worth on Mailchimp

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

manage costs as your list grows, use templates or customize, learn features and do use A/B testing
