My favourite aspect of Mailchimp is the ease with which you can send emails to specific audiences using segmentation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One thing I dislike about Mailchimp is the occasional hiccup in managing/updating our audience.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Mailchimp is easy to use and delivers a great final product. I highly recommend it because of its breadth and quality of features for effective email marketing.
