What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?
For us, it's the ease of use and simple interface. Plus it's reputation and name recognition help when making the decision.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The customer journeys are great, but even with a paid account of several hundred dollars per month, require an upgrade to an even higher and more costly tier.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The cost for segmentation. Yes, we have a lot of contact, but with limited 'audiences' it can make things difficult, as they try to push you into using segments and tags more.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you need an easy to use mail delivery service, MailChinp is great. If you're looking for something with a greater breadth of features you can do better elsewhere.

Mailchimp is an incredibly easy and beginner friendly email campaign platform.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love all the pre-designed templates as well as the ability to create my own.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes it can be a little tricky to remove or add subscribers but it is overall not a big issue.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Whether you are just starting with email campaigns or have been doing it forever, Mailchimp is the perfect software for your needs.

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?
The user interface is the cleanest, best interface I’ve worked with. The fact that they have been around for therefore long and are endlessly adding new useful options makes it an excellent powerful and feature-rich tool for email selling whereas keeping its easy-to-use UI.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the reports it generates. You’re ready to see what your audience clicked on, who opened it, who received it, the bounce rate, who unsubscribed, and more. If you run a poll you’ll get the results per user. You’re conjointly able to resend the newsletter to the audience members who didn’t open it the first time. In addition, you can produce tags for your audience members to differentiate them which may also facilitate if you wish to send a newsletter to a specific cluster of people.
What do you dislike most about this product?
If the message is being sent out to an outlook user it does currently show like in the Mailchimp preview. I have reached out to Mail chimp client service and was told that this is a known issue and that they counsel me to rent a third-party code author to modify the HTML code for our requirements.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We can have many different subscriber teams to fulfill the wants of our organization and send targeted messages to our audiences. We can conjointly track who is opening our messages and alter our strategies if needed. So I fully recommend this tool.
