What do you dislike most about this product?

Malwarebytes have lots of tiny problems, but they are easily spotted and smothered by all of their functionality and stability. I've been using it for a long time and really like it! The dashboard UX Layout, however, can be altered somewhat to make it more convenient to configure and utilize.

Because it is the application that can intelligently deal with many different types of viruses and infections that other inferior applications may miss, Malwarebytes Endpoint Detection and Response aid in tackling all types of security issues. It should be used by businesses of all sizes because it integrates effectively with their current antivirus product and is simple to administer.

What differentiates ThreatDown EDR from other similar products?

Compared to the user interface of my old tool, which was fairly inadequate, this one is quite remarkable. But Malwarebytes' inventory management and patch management capabilities were absent from the outdated product. Malwarebytes, a complete endpoint protection product, has increased the security of our endpoints and servers.

Malwarebytes Endpoint Detection and Response is an excellent endpoint security product. I like how quickly it works for our company. Malwarebytes Endpoint Detection and Response provides excellent AI capabilities that lower the cost of multiple protocols while also monitoring all of our assets in real-time so that any issues can be resolved quickly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

You had the choice to purchase it with phone support or email assistance when we made the purchase. We ultimately purchased email help since the price of phone support was so expensive. When we have problems, it takes a while for them to be resolved. Thankfully, we haven't frequently needed their assistance.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Malwarebytes Endpoint Detection and Response provides the best potential to safeguard all of our endpoints against all types of attacks, including ransomware. It alleviates all of my concerns and allows me to focus more effectively on business expansion. Every organization, in my opinion, needs it.

Real-time protection has been very helpful, and Malwarebytes detection is amazingly thorough and quick. Additionally, fully automated scans have no negative effects on how the computer operates. To make sure that my PCs operate quickly and efficiently, it starts up automatically and does regular scans.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is little doubt that the old client has not kept up with developments in EDR and Endpoint Protection. There are few and sparsely centralized logs. The definitions also appear to be deteriorating, as we have experienced numerous significant false positives that eliminated Chrome from our VDI cluster and caused us a great deal of trouble.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Malwarebytes Endpoint Protection is not a conventional system; it has added a new level of protection to our business thanks to its excellent features and advanced capabilities.
