What differentiates ThreatDown EDR from other similar products?
With this software, you can perform a full system scan in just a few minutes. In addition to its effectiveness, it is also very easy to use. Both the support and customer service are top-notch. Everyone I've met at all levels of the organization has been highly educated, attentive, and eager to assist.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
In terms of management, detection, and reliability, it exceeds other tools we've used. The cloud platform is one of my favorites. Malwarebytes halted an outbreak from propagating last year with the zero-day Robin Hood ransomware software. Overall, Malwarebytes performs admirably. It has numerous layers of security to offer the finest endpoint security.
What do you dislike most about this product?
A little tweak to the UX Design would make the dashboard more user-friendly. Following a major incident involving a malfunctioning update release that affected many people across the country. As a result, including ourselves, we hope the updated quality assurance testing will be much more effective.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The key advantages I noticed in this program were its intelligence and style of operation: it manages to safeguard the user without the user even seeing it by using holistic data analysis and threat behaviors registered in its system. It is straightforward and practical.

A more effective system that offers total security

What differentiates ThreatDown EDR from other similar products?
It appeals to me since it thoroughly examines our systems and gives us specific information that allows us to efficiently plug security gaps. A weekly email summary that helps us understand the big picture is beneficial to our organization. It is more extensive and powerful than others, and it responds to threats in real-time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It sits in the background, inconspicuously functioning in the background, and above all, it does its job without interfering with our work or compromising system performance. The majority of people are unaware that Malwarebytes is installed and configured on their PCs. The server component is useful for determining whether PCs are fully updated and which are not. The cloud console is simple to use and gives full information about detected threats.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We were able to project protection over the entire device and infrastructure, but there are still viruses that we have to remove manually using its filtering features, which I find archaic. Although the problem was swiftly resolved, it caused an issue with Office 365.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
You can choose it, but make sure it is comfy for your workforce before proceeding. Because it is more efficient than others, it is a little bit complex to handle, but if you have sufficient knowledge of security tools, it will not be difficult for you. I recommend it because I enjoy it and am impressed by how well it provides entire security at a fair price.
