What differentiates ThreatDown EDR from other similar products?
Malwarebytes is a powerful product that offers significant malware and ransomware protection. Helps by adhering to organizational compliance.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Overall, the software has done an excellent job of protecting our endpoints. The application code has been optimized to the point where it only uses a small number of system resources. Installation, deployment, setup, and configuration are all very simple - for example, a five-machine setup would take about ten minutes from start to finish. Users can perform daily tasks such as a simple or advanced scan with ease thanks to the user-friendly UI.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We almost always have cost as our primary concern, but the Malwarebytes sales team always seems to customize the experience and provide value for our organization.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's simple to use. It has a feature called rollback that I haven't seen in any other company. You can actually roll back a mass ransomware attack on one of your endpoints. I saw a demonstration of them doing that, and it was pretty cool.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity
- Trustworthy

What differentiates ThreatDown EDR from other similar products?
Malwarebytes has assisted me on several occasions in effectively blocking attacks directed at my consoles, and since then I have learned more about Malwarebytes to get the most out of this fantastic program.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
From the beginning, this product has been beneficial. We were having problems with viruses and other such things. We weren't sure which product would be the most effective. We conducted some research and discovered Malwarebytes. The web-based console shows which machines have the client installed and which devices require updates. Furthermore, the new features enable us to protect endpoints from accidental removal and alert us when this occurs
What do you dislike most about this product?
I hope Malwarebytes' reputation in the antivirus industry grows. We'd like to have a single anti-virus and anti-malware solution. So far, it is not regarded as one of the best antivirus programs. That's why we decided to install an antivirus program alongside Malwarebytes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Malwarebytes is simple to operate. They do have some of the best signatures I've ever seen. That's probably the feature of traditional AV technology and detection solutions that I like the most. They have some of the most talented signature writers in the industry.
Pros
- Continually Improving Product
- Reliable
- Unique Features
- Effective Service

What differentiates ThreatDown EDR from other similar products?
Easy of use UI. Simple and clear messaging system. Easy to check, configure and tweak the sofware. Very easy to check and stay up to date. Clean design
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Clean design of the UI and very intuitive.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The performance aspect is what deters me from using it. It adds latency to every program being opened. The software was tested on Windows 10 and also on Windows 11 with a very high performance configuration. Ryzen 9 3950X with 128GB of RAM. The software needs to improve the open apps performance, otherwise, competing solutions will offer better performance overall, even Windows Defender Antivirus will run better (performance-wise)
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Please consider the type of use you will assign to this product. For critical application usage on Workstations, this software is not recommended. For normal usage without big requirements or for when applications that are not latency sensitive are required, this software is one of the best, security-wise.
Pros
- Saves Time
- Helps Innovate
- Reliable
- Enables Productivity
Cons
- Less Performance Enhancing
- Slower Product Innovation
