Easy to use, solid protection
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates ThreatDown EDR from other similar products?
It's ease of use is hands down winner from several vendors I have worked within the past. The 72 hour ransomware rollback feature was the main reason for going with Malwarebytes. We wanted protection in a world filled with sketchy behaviors and end user clicks. Things you can't protect against fully. The product was easy to implent. From SSO integration all the way to endpoint configuration and intune applications pushes. They are great about taking feedback and implementing based on that feedback.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use. But I have to say the excel add in they created is a beast for reporting purposes.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not being able to blacklist certain programs, websites or files that do not get caught in the scanner or that we do not wish to have on the pcs. I think I heard they are implementing this though. I could be wrong. But hopeful.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Totally worth the peace of mind. Especially with ransomware being such a high threat out there
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Continually Improving Product
